I am all for smaller WMU's
BUT if the state made the units small enough to actually be able to manage, the hunters of this state would have went into and uproar becuase they wouldn't be able to hunt all thier spots without having to get many tags, if they even could get tags for them. Most of us on here wouldn't complain cause we'd understand the need, but no doubt the majority of the PA hunters would have went NUTS. UNits too small, too complicated, etc etc .
