I personally would do the same as it is still early in the season in IA. I want to be in the stand for the rut!!! Don't get me wrong if a monster walked out and gave me a good shot, I'd drop him, but unless that happens I'll wait. I'll shoot a doe if it gets too late without a good shot at a wall hanger.
