You're probably right on the broadheads; I haven't examined them closely to confirm your suspicions but if they screw into your ferrules of your arrow shafts properly there should be no problem. I'd spin-test them to make sure there were no alignment issues with the head or the insert, and if no wobble was detected then you ought to be good to go to at least start the tuning process.
