I agree the calibers you have are too light. A .30-06 would be ok, but a .300 Winnie would be better, and a .338 better still. You seem to be upgrading the " size" of your game, and should that continue, the .338 will serve you well.
Also, don' t overlook the .45-70, it is definately a moose stopper.
