I assume your in Blair county, this is the number to the sheriffs dept. 814-693-3100. Call them! Just tell them you were nervous, didnt no what you should do. More than likely someone will come out to take a report. This man most likely committed a crime (most states and/or cities have laws about reckless use of a firearm). Sounds like this guy is doing something fishy, dope, meth lab, whatever.
