In your response to my post about the Minnesota pigs, you wrote that in Texas you'd consider the piglets to be groceries.
Um, how would you prepare an 18-20 pound piglet, other than as a ham sandwich? These guys are awfully little- we weighed the three we caught and they were between 7.5-9 pounds each.

I am guessing we will feed the first three out and butcher them when they are grown, but we might have to shoot the rest of the litter if we can't catch them soon- they are really tearing up the corn field. I just hate to "waste" them.
Here's a little one Kanga and I enjoy the living heck out of... Actully five us destroyed this little pig one night.
