how would you prepare an 18-20 pound piglet,
Skin them, gut them and throw them on the grill or in the smoker
Been there done that! Don't skin them it helps to hond in moisture. Just searoff the hair over the fire andthe skin will pealright off when the cooking is done.The meat melts in your mouth.
