My buddy I was hunting with this weekend shot at a big Doe at 20yards with a Rage and hit her in the shoulder. The arrow only penatrated 2 inches and they fell out. I know he was not impressed with the Rage. I know a shoulder shot is a bad place but only 2".[
] I know the jury is still out for him on the Rage Broaheads. I gave him my 2 bits on what I thought about expand Broadheads! Oh, he was shooting a compound set at 65lb and carbon arrows. It was also a straight on broadside shot.

You need to understand that when you hit the "knuckle" of the shoulder that you are only going to get 2" of penetration with any BH. About 10 years ago a hit a buck tipped with a Muzzy and only got 2" of penetration because of what and where I hit, not because of the BH. And I was shooting 300fps with my bow.
