RE: ground venison
was thinking about makeing some summer sausage and maybe some brats. What seasoning brand do you use.
The last time I made brats and salami. I bought kits at Gander Mountain. The kits had everything in them to make 30 lbs salami and 25 lbs brats. the kits were $15.00 each. Gander Mopuntain has alot of different kits to make just about anything you want. I made mine about a month ago.
