I've used it and it definitely works as advertised. I've done blaze orange(still looks visibly bright orange to humans, so still legal for hunting), a snow camo suit(white is tricky to dull because it will reflect UV to some degree regardless of treatment), and on ordinary home linens for testing purpoes. In all cases it made a very noticeable difference in the "glow". You can find out all you need to know here:
