I was considering the SPR 94, but the .223/12GA version has the shotgun barrel on top and the rifle barrel on bottom. All wrong IMO.
I'm not so sure... Break open actions like these, handle high pressures better by having the rifle bbl lower. When i work up loads for an O/U double rifle, any load that will work in the upper bbl, will "always" show lower pressures in the lower bbl.

Having the rifle bbl lower, hasn't made one difference for me.
