cut the head off. skin, place a stick through, place over open fire or grill, little salt and pepper.
when done cut into bite size serving, with a side of bbq, hot sauce, and ranch.

corey, but rub it with garlic infused olive oil before you put it on the grill - hot sauce only, no bbq or ranch(and be careful of those tiny rib bones).
