Oh, absolutely. The string creeps (elongates) and you have already noticed the cam position and longer draw length. Als the weight usually goes up a bit and the cams are over rotated. This over rotation is what causes most of the noise.

This close to hunting season I'd just twist it back to it's original length, paying attention to the cam position. Later, after season is over I'd replace the whole works with something good. A suggestion would be Gibblet, right here on this site.
