Jim, since you're so well off that you can just buy up land, but at the same time calling woodland resources "our" resources you seem to have it all. You have your own property and other people's property that is "ours." If that's the case why don't you mow your lawn so you can find yourpickup and drive it down to blacktop land and buy up some land down here so you strap all the deer you want to your hood and drive around giving all the soccer moms the finger.

Seriously, while EAB might have a positive effect in areas like 5d, 5c, and 2b, I just don't know how it could be effectively implemented, enforced, and managed. We don't have mandatory deer check in which all states that run EAB have and need to check the does in and distribute buck tags. You would have to remove the buck tag from the license across that state adding more administration which we know the PGC doesn't handle well. Finally, the majority of hunters that hunt in the proposed EAB zones would either be up in arms over the change or just ignore it and continue to shoot 4-5 bucks a year anyway.

You definitely could not implement it statewide because it would be unfair to the majority of the state that has felt the effects of massive antlerless allotment from recent years.

I just don't see it being a practical proposition in this state.
Bryan don't hate me cause I'm beautiful.
I can't help it I was born Handsome,intelligent & wealthy.
This is America and theres plenty of land out there for sale, whether owning its a priority in your life or not is up to you. I made it one in mine and have advocated it on this site many times.
It is nice to see that you agree with me on what a hapless failure E.A.B would be in PA.
Have a great week,Jim
