In many parts of PA many hunters feel the HR has gone on long enough. Last years Buck kill was blamed on poor weather, many know better.
If you and your land owners feel the need to reduce the doe, numbers go for it, but In many parts of the state the land owners don't believe the herd needs further reduction. And to achieve their goals they are posting their land and therefore eliminating a chance for any deer to be taken.
My suggestion is for those of you that feel it necessary to kill a doe first ,buy yourself a piece of America and do as you like,and I in turn will do the same.
