I forgot to mention that my buddy bought the 3" synthetic SX3. I agree with many that say the 3 1/2" is overkill for what you are doing and also a waist of the extra $.
After years of building my collection of guns, and making some mistakes, the most important thing I have learned is to save longer to get better quality. The SX3, the M90, Browning Silver, Beretta URIKA etc are all quality worth the money.
