Default RE: Review on Swampmaster

Drat,
I am a part owner of an archery shop in Indiana. We are a CSS dealer. Let me first respond to JeffB. CSS is still a small bow company. Chuck Nease and his wife Peggy are usually the only people in the shop. It is very hard for them to respond to all the inquiries made to them. I am not offering an excuse for them, just a reason why you may have not received any follow up to your inquiry. If you call the factory, leave a message on the answering machine and you will receive a call back. I called yesterday and left a message and my call was returned within the hour. Chuck and Peggy provide excellent customer support. We have been a dealer with CSS for 5 years and we have no complaints. They treat us very well and are committed to our customers satisfaction. Believe me, they do their best to accomodate everyone that requests information.

As for the Swampmaster, you will not find a better built bow. It is a short ATA bow. It starts at 32" to 36" ATA. It is very forgiving for a short bow. It is also very fast. I have one that shoots 310fps at 65#, 28" draw. Each bow is custom built to the shooter (at no extra cost) and is thoroughly checked before it leaves the factory. Chuck Nease is a avid hunter and national champion. He knows what goes into making a bow for the shooter and hunter. I would put this bow against any bow on the market for durability and accuracy. If either you or JeffB have a question and you do not want to call the factory, feel free to call our archery shop, toll free, at 866-438-4478. Ask for Wayne, Tony, or Doug. The best time to reach one of us is in the evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or on Saturday from 11:00 to 5:00 p.m. You can also call the factory at 888-522-4659 or visit their web site at www.customshootingsystems.com

Good shooting
Wayne
