I usually drink 2 sugar free rockstars a day.
I was up to 4 about a month ago, but then I started getting headaches if I didn't have them at certain times of the day so I'm cutting back.
I've never really felt the "crash" associated with them---Maybe because I'm always buzzing.
But seriously, I drink them all the time. I like coffee as well, but it takes like 3 cups to wake me up and get me going in the am. I usually slam a rockstar on the subway ride into work and then another one right after lunch.
During hunting season, I usually chug one right before I head out the door.
I thought someone would get a kick out of that eventually.Honestly, I just make sure I get proper sleep the night beforea hunt, and I'm good to go.
