Default BowTech, Not Backing Dealers

I'm not a Bowtech shooter, but they do make a quality bow.

I was at my friends proshop today when a customer brought in his Bowtech for replacement limbs (recall), this was the 6th bow brought in for replacement. I asked my friend if he and the other dealers are being taking care of by Bowtech, he looked over at me and said:

"No they aren't taking care of us. We sold bows in good faith, they have problems so we have to replace the limbs, take the whole bow apart, then back together to the customers specs., this takes time, and the timing of the year isn't good either, we all have customers other then Bowtech repairs, Bowtech told us to step-up to the plate, I went onto say why isn't Savage Arms paying us for our time? He said they didn't reply.

He said back in January Hoyt had a minor cam problem, with every cam repair Hoyt paid each dealer $50 per repair. Also other bow manufractures have done the same.

Seems to me Bowtech isn't taking care of the dealers in a way they should be, and they are being rude about it.
