WB. I switched shortly after I started a few years ago and have not found any of the myths to be true. My groups are tight, my bow quiet and fast enough.It probably does slow it down some, but then again, the fastest bow shoots a lot slower than the slowest rifle and no one knocks the bow because of it. To each their own. In 99.9999999 percent of the hunting situations, the amount the WB slows the arrrow down is not going to matter.
