I did have that problem with 4" vanes, but I haven't had that problem with blazers yet, maybe I won't. Look at this video and notice the slight tail kick after the rest falls. There's also some wb slow mo footage that looks brutal on vanes to tell you the truth. But the drop away just doesn't look like it would provide much stability off the nock.
