Head - that is terrible! You're 2 1/4" right and about the same high. You would think that at a mere 300 yds you could get closer to the little red dot than that!!!
And you have at least a 1/2" - 3/4" group at 300 yds. Very, very sloppy. That's no better than .17 - .25 MOA. Simply Ridiculous! You would think a black rifle would do much better than that.

I know you are just "Joshing" me, but actually that group is exactly where it should be. I have the Varmint Hunter Reticle on my AR. I have the main crosshair sighted dead on at 200 yards at 16X. At 300 yards my first crosshair down is 2 inches high at 300 yards, and my second crosshair down is 2 inches high at 400 yards. I have had to shoot the rifle a couple of hundred rounds to feel fully comfortable with the VH reticle. But now that I "know" the reticle, I really like it.

As far as the shots being to the right I was shooting in a constant left to right wind of a little less than 10 mph.

I will admit that this is a group that I could probably never produce again(because of my inability), but the rifle is scary accurate. I am currently on a streak of 18 in a row(ground hogs). And the hard part to believe is that I am shooting Black Hills factory ammo. I bought a couple of cases on closeout, I was going to shot it up for the brass. But the ammo shoots so well that I have made it my GH ammo. Tom.
