I'm thinking of hunting from a blind to start the season this year and need some advice from anyone who's tried it in the past.

1) Does shooting through the mesh windows affect arrow flight?
2) Is it better to set up before the season or hump it in the days of thehunt?
3) A good blind for the money. I don't really want to spend $350 for a Double Bull.
3) Tips for success/any mishaps you've had.
