Default RE: PA antler restriction

The 1.5 spike may be a spike due to genetics or the fact that he was a late born BB.
Half right again....

Studies have shown that late born BB's often carry only spikes but they can eventually catch up although it takes as much as three years. If he gets killed at 2.5 that means the genes WERE there for him to be legal at 2.5

The old theory that spikes have inferior genes has never been substantiated by any credible source.

The 1.5 8pt. is an 8 pt. because he had the genetics for a high rate of antler. development.
wrong again....

Studies have also shown that 1.5 bucks with larger racks are very often bucks that were born EARLY the spring before

That simply is not true. There is no study that shows every 1.5 spike will equal a 1.5 8 pt. at maturity. The average 1.5 spike may accomplish that, but in PA it doesn't matter much since the vast majority are harvested as 2.5 buck.
clever how you slip that word "every" in there. You obviously slip that in there so you can be technically correct but if you had used the word "most" in it's place, the statement would be 100% wrong.

Just one more example of your use of word games to distort the truth to suit your own agenda
