I was told just yesterday by L.E.that when hunting private land , the landowner can hunt without a license only if they are homesteaded on that property.
If they arent homesteaded, or if you are renting/leasing the land, you have to have one.Yes, we were talking about deer hunting but i'd make sure before hunting anything.

I agree with the boar meat being good if you prepare it right...i've had one nasty hog, and thats because i didn't know what i was doing.....
