It`s just pointless to try to tell someone that they can shoot 100+ if they won`t practice the shot.
Haveing said that-you need a drop away rest on a fast bow that has been paper tuned with the right arrow,and all your arrows are the same of course.
My girlfriend shoots from no less than 50 yards,I don`t allow it.When we`ve shot our arms off we go right to 20 yardsfor 4-6 arrows and have a good laugh.
