Bo;that will work for the turkeys,But any thing hanging from a limb will not stop the coons and squirrles.
take it fro someone that has been useing hanging feeders for years.there is almost nothing to keep them out.

you can take the design you have and put a large garbage can lid with a small hole(the size of you cable)in the center so it will slide up and down to the top of the feeder,that will keep the coons and squirrles off the feerer.then all you have to worry about is the coons and squirrels running up the wood you are setting for the birds.
trust me if a turkey can stand on it and feed,so can the coons,the squirrels will jump to the feeder.

I am not trying to discurrage you,but from someone that has tried just about every thing.it is a long hard fight.I have used cables between trees with the feeder hanging from the cable 20' from anything,and they will runand climb the cable(1/8" )to get to the feeder.I have put large sheets 2' square of tin,like the rat rings on the ropes to a ship,on the cables and they still get tp the feeders.[X(]

I do not know what to tell you about how to stop them.good luck
