For the most part I say no. Ther are however certain circumstances where having all the blades aligned the same can be benificial. These tend to be with really larger heads that are difficult to tune. Even then it's not having the blades aligned with the fletching but rather having them all set up the same way on each arrow. On the other hand it doesn't hurt anything to try either.
