RE: easton redlines or carbon express cx
It depends on what you like to shoot and what works best with your setup. Redlines are damned good shafts but a little on the skinny side. The CXL 3D select' s I bought are also great shafts but they don' t seem to carry as well downrange and I can' t get them tuned as well as the Redlines. If you' re hitting what you' re aiming at, you don' t need a linebreaking arrow diameter; so I went with the Redlines as my regular shaft - they shoot more consistently for me. You gotta do what I do - buy many different shafts and work with fletchings, tuning, point weights, etc., until you find something that' s just so sweet you can' t be persuaded to switch.
