I guess I'm lucky with the friends I hunt with in that we all feed off of each other and learn from each other. We all have our short comings and give each other tips on how to improve on them. Everyone seems receptive to the feedback and we've all gotten better over the years we've been hunting together.

It also helps that we're all pretty obsessive about hunting so there isn't likely to be one that cuts corners.
