I didn't realize that the Western had cuts in the breech
since it's not statedin the Traditions write up.
It does state:
Uses #11 cap for states that require it!
The break-open action also provides you with a super tight seal
allowing a positive primer ignition even in foul weather.
If it's legal in Oregon, then buy it!
