Well dmurph, like many things I do, that's just plain sillyand no sane person would even bother. Sure sounds interesting and fun. I tried cloth patching my .410 Gold Dots in the .45 Renegade and they didn't even hit the 8 1/2 x 11" target at 20 yards. I've decided the patches were not gripping the sides of that jacketed bullet. So I've got a half dozen that I rolled on a file to knurl the surface to see if the patch will grip them. Wish we could shoot together for a "crazy ass" range session.
