Whats so special about the Remington 798? I know its a mauser based action, but is it any more reliable, accurate, solid, or better than the 700? I can see the use of the action on dangerous game animals, but is that what the gun was designed for?
So what gives, is the 798 better, worse, or just different than the 700? What was its intended target market?
