I dont like to leave any of mine out all year except a few heavy ladderstands. If you leave them out all year the wear and tear is more significant. The squirrels will chew on the seats if you dont remove them. The straps/chains will grow into the tree if you dont adjust them periodically. Seems a lot easier to take them down at the end of the season and put them back out 4-6 weeks before the opener.
