You could probably use the interactive charts on
www.bowjackson.com to come up with a speed estimate. The only true way to be accurate is to use a chronograph. As for KE, don't worry about it. Too much is made of this. You have enough bow and arrow to hunt anything on this continent. HE is just a number.
There's nothing wrong with your arrows. They aren't the best made, but they don't cost an arm and a leg either. The GT XT 5575 is the same arrow only a little straighter. Don't fret. It looks like you got the weight you wanted. The spine is good for your setup, the FOC is good. Get everything tuned well and you should be good to go for hunting.
