Dan, One thing you wanna remember is 60# is 60# and 70# is 70#. Sure on a bow putting out a little more speed you may have to pull the poundage a little quicker and pull a little longer but it is still only what the scale says it is.

I will be Hunting with a 60# Bow this year that is producing over 70# KE. To me that is amazing from what was possible only a few short years ago. I intend to use it to it's full advantage.

The last thing I consider in a Bow purchase is what the draw feels like, as long as the valley feels good to me.Anything different is going to feel weird. The Draw cycle is something your body accustoms itself to really quick. As long as you are not over Bowed on poundage

I know you know all this, just a reminder

Dan
Well shoot then, I should buy an 82nd and call 'er quits!

I keep flashing back to last winter though, hunting with my 70# Allegiance. 6 degrees, snow falling, tried drawing my bow to warm the muscles up after sitting for a couple hours... Couldn't do it, life lesson learned. What's comfortable indoors and in the early season is a biiit more difficult when you're an ice cube.

Reason I like these bows is because I know I'll be able to draw both at peak weight no matter the weather/temperature.

Am I hanging myself up and stupid stuff here or am I being logical?
