Its kinda personal preference and shooting style. How far do you expect most of your shots to be? I go with a heavier arrow because I hunt where most of my shots should be short and I also use a range finder in the unlikely event a long shot should present. Its a give and take, and you have to decide what you want to give and what you want to take.
