I've been in one and they are fun, and no Ken, none of the national IBO shoots would qualify, totally different kind of HARD shots :-)

Ironman gets 1 arrow shoot as long as you can, under trees, off knees, no clear line of sight to the target if you stand upright at the stake. Fun, but not what a top 3D tournament is like, tough mans are more of a novalty.
