Grains per " inch" ? I have not really heard that phrase used in reference to a minimum safe arrow weight except in relation to High Country' s recent speed claims. Most folks use " grains per pound of draw weight" instead as it relates amount of mass to a figure related to energy release. Grains per inch does not really help in the sense that it ignores arrow length and how that can impact the weight of the arrow.
