RE: Bowhunters
[quoteAnd normally the people that act that like and feel that way are no where near as good as they think they are. Just because you bowhunt doesn't really mean your any good at it. Most of the people I have met that are truly good bowhunters or good at archery do not act that way. It is usually the wanna be bowhunters that think they are better because they refuse to use a gun, and that is the only reason they bowhunt, because they want to feel like they are better than someone else. And some manage to get lucky and kill a deer every now and then.

Very well said. Seems lots of folksare makingbowhunting a fad. Way too many bow hunters pull the "superior" card out around gun hunters. It'd beone thing if it were true, but just because you bow hunt, doesn't make you a better hunter. Many folks don't get into bow because it's additional cost, they don't have enough vacation time to fit it in, the weather is usually miserably hot the first few weeks, and on and on. Some of the guys I've black powder hunted with are as good as it gets when it comes to whitetail savy. Learned a lot from them. Funny how some feel making a 250 yard shot freehand with a rifle is such an easy thing. You never feel limited with arifle, and that can be a very bad thing.
