The Foxfire/ABK chart is probably the most accurate for trad bows, but keep in mind that it's just a ball-part estimation on their part.

There's way too many variables in bow performance, shooting styles, strings, nock fit, etc. etc. etc. for any chart to be dead-on for everyone. You'll have to do the fine tuning based on your results.
