Default RE: Bow Case Heavy Duty or Regular and Cheap

This just floors me![:-]

I can't believe you wouldn't spend the money to protect your invesment.

I'll give you a true life case scenario. I had one of the Plano cheapie bow cases. One day when coming home from a trip I was unloading my truck. Set my bow case down along with a few other items. Wife needed to run to the store. She hollered out I'm going to the store. Didn't think twice about it until she came in the house apologizing profusely. She decided to take the truck and didn't know my stuff was back there. She ran right over the bow case and ruined a $1200 bow setup.

After I went and bought a new bow (that's th only good part of the story) I laid down $179 on an SKB. Even though it hasn't been run over by my truck, it has suffered plenty of abuse and passed with flying colors. I have no doubt that it would fare much better than the Plano case that I had previously. I won't even consider a soft case.

Point being, accidents happen, be prepared.
