I heard of a guy in WI that got ticketed because he laid his bow on the tailgate. Same wouyld apply to a firearm, must be in a case.
You can't even lean your Bow or Gun against your truck here in Wisconsin! When transporting they must be enclosed in a case or your Bow must be unstrung! No big deal to me as I have NO problem with this! Laws are there for a reason!
