in my experience i have bought and used lots of different brands of cameras. my biggest consderation in buying a camera is batteries. i now look for a camera that has a big square battery. also i always get the rechargeablesquare batteriesso i can use a solar panel with it. it will save you lots of time and money. in some spots my cameras will all run out of juice in one night, taking pictures of lots of deer, unless it have the solar panel running. now i can keep them out for months and not have to disturb the deer that much. so figure 13 dollars per night or 2 nights, as apposed to 30 bucks for the next however many years. i also make sure the camera uses an "sd memory card." up to 4 gigs of memory will last nearly all summer.
