I live very close to Ellicottville - it is a very beautiful area and quaint town with B&Bs, etc. There is a small town of Salamanca that has a few motels and Olean which also have a few moderate priced hotels which are the same distance as the campgrond in Allegany State Park. there is also a small town called Springville just north which has lodging also.
