Those $30.00 hard cases are pure junk, don't trust them.

I agree with you KodiakArcher, you should buy a good quality hard case for both your guns and bows, but I don't see a need for them unless traveling.

Again, I've hunted with shotguns that were upward of $8-$10,000.00 and never felt the need to put it into a hard case and those shotguns came with good quality hard cases. When I hunted with them I took them out of their original hard cases and put them in a soft case and went hunting.

little common sense and care is all that is needed....start with NOT putting them in the bed of your truck![:'(]
