Default Food Plot Equipment Question

Finallygetting the time to start preparing some food plots on my property in Ohio. I don't have the space to store a ton of equipment and I already own a 22 HP Garden Tractor so I was looking intothose multi-tow behind tools. I was really impressed with the DR Roto-Hog Power tiller with optional seeder and culti-packer. The remote control is a pretty spectacular feature as well.

They are a little pricey, about $3,000 with all the options delivered to my door, but I figure I'm already ahead with not needing an ATV or tractor. Does anyone have any experience with these? I could not find any reviews anywhere on these. I'd be interested in hearing some of your opinions on this and some other multi-purpose equipment.
