Just for the record. I am 55 and have been shooting a little more than 2 years. Last year I went to the Worlds because it was here in my home state of Indiana. I finished second to last in my class. THREE MONTHS AGO we reserved our rooms in New York. This year I have moved up in class and I know that I do not have a prayer in the world of finishing anywhere near the top 10. But I really like archery, I love my bow ( Hoyt ), and up to this point I have never met a greater bunch of guys in one place at one time as I have at archery shoots. Plus, I have learned more than I could tell here. The more archers that get into the tournament the stronger the organization becomes.
