In my opinion they let any body qualify for one reason they say top 20 scores get in that could be 50-70 people due to multiple scores so how fair is it to win a state shoot and your in and a person that shoots a 340 is just as equal. Besides that some people travel to other states championship shoots to win a title it is not that persons fault if he has qualified from another.If he does not count his score then he is not eligable to win a title. I'm not trying to start nothing just my opinion.
