I was in your same situation for the first 5 years that I bowhunted. A few years back, I made the switch. I never though I would be able to pull very much shooting left handed, but was wrong. I had reconstructive shoulder surgery 3 years ago on my right shoulder and figure that was as good of time as any to make the switch. Right after the season is over, ditch the right hander and pick up a left. It will give you plenty of time to practice.
It was a great move. I could shoot pretty well right handed, but left handed I learned that I'm better.
